Different operating conditions can lead to varying rates of degradation. Traditional manufacturers' fitting curves struggle to predict the actual degradation of different batches of batteries. Our AI model captures degradation data under various operating conditions and combines future scheduling and operating condition predictions to dynamically adjust the expected lifespan and reliability of energy storage over the next two weeks. This provides powerful guidance for preventive maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance

Unlike traditional methods of preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, and post-failure replacements, FPMS employs a dynamic operations and maintenance (O&M) model. Guided by our energy storage reliability prediction model, it dynamically adjusts the weekly O&M plan. When energy storage reliability indicators are low, maintenance personnel are dispatched to the site in advance to perform maintenance, significantly reducing on-site risks.
